    Monday to Friday 9AM TO 9PM (in the specific state time zone)
    Saturday  10Am to 7Pm (in the specific state time zone)
  • CALLING REGION  States and specific zips as provided
  • LEAD GENERATION BY OUTBOUND TELEPHONE CALL
  • LEADS ARE TO BE UPLOADED ON SHARED GOOGLE SHEET REAL TIME
  • SCRIPT PROVIDED IS TO BE FOLLOWED AS PER CONTENT. FREESTYLE IS ALLOWED AS LONG AS ALL REQUIRED QUESTIONS ARE ASKED AND ANSWERED AND TCPA STATEMENT IS READ WORD FOR WORD
  • TARGET REQUIREMENT PER AGENT IS A MINIMUM OF 10 VALID LEADS PER WEEK
  • REMUNERATION FROM THE BUYER IS AS FOLLOWS
    1-20 a week is at = $12
    21 TO 50 a week = $15   (for all leads)
    OVER 50 a week = $20 (for all leads)
  • VALID BILLABLE LEAD
    Customer must accept a confirmation call which is usually made within a few minutes of the form submission
    Must be under 75yrs
    Must be single stand alone dwelling
    Must be Homeowner
    Must record the email address
    Must record correctly First and Last Name, Full Address including Zip
    Must be in the accepted States or Zips
    Must have credit rating of 650 or above
    Must have a taxable income
    Must show genuine interest in getting more information
    Must be less than 30% shade on the roof


CALL CENTERS MINIMUM 5 AGENTS

    • PAYMENT FROM BUYER IS WEEKLY NET 10, PAYPAL GCASH OR BANK TRANSFER (FEES TO BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL PAYMENT
    • IN THE EVENT THE BUYER DOES NOT PAY OR PAYS A REDUCED AMOUNT FOR ANY REASON THE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF WHAT IS PAID BY THE BUYER
